SNOW DAY!

I don't care how old you are, snow days are enjoyed by most everyone. We didn't acutally have an abundance of snow, but very cold temperatures (below zero wind chills). The safety of the children is of utmost importance in this situation. As a teacher, I think we might have been more excited to find there was no school this morning than the students. We have a phone "tree" and I know I'm near the bottom, but when I heard the message on my machine, I was overjoyed. The other teacher and I giggled about how we wondered if the frigid temperatures would have cancelled classes or not. I proceeded to call the final "branch" of my tree where we laughed some more. There's even a rumor that if you wear your pajama pants inside out and some other "voodoo," it will promise a snow day. So, to all you inside out pajama pants wearers, THANK YOU!

I was hoping for a snow day tomorrow so I didn't have to turn in a paper. Which really doesn't matter cause you turn it in online... dangit.

Woo-hoo, how fun! Sometimes I put my pajamas on inside-out, but not on purpose...
